At Driftwood Print, we want you to love your artwork. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your poster arrives damaged, you are also eligible for a return or replacement. Please provide clear photos of the damage when contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made prints

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
